Shipping Costs

Free shipping applies automatically to orders over 75$ within Canada and U.S.(before taxes, after discount).

A flat shipping rate of 10$ applies on orders under 75$

Free shipping applies automatically to orders over 75$ for international orders (before taxes, after discount).

A flat shipping rate of 18$ applies on orders under 75$

Duties and Taxes

Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all applicable fees (taxes, duties, customs charges, etc.).

Shipping Locations

We ship to the European Union (EU).
U.S. and International orders are exempt from Canadian taxes.
We reserve the right to decline orders to the U.S. and other international destinations.

Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no-one is available to accept your order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may incur a re-shipping fee.
If you do not wish the package to be reshipped, a credit will be issued for the value of the items, minus the shipping costs.

If you have a problem with your order (item not received, incorrect product, etc.), please contact us quickly at info@fleuristoi.com so that we can help you find a solution. We do everything possible to satisfy our customers and resolve situations efficiently.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@fleuristoi.com with a supporting photo. We will gladly replace any damaged product.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please provide us with a photo of the packaging slip and what you received within 48 hours of receipt.
